Sect Denies the Deity of Jesus

The “Jesus Is Not God” billboard that a California man recently painted is part of a multi-themed campaign from World’s Last Chance. Another sign the group paid to display reads, “Jesus did not pre-exist in Heaven.”

Since the billboard-defacing video went viral, people have been posting “Jesus is God” on recent Facebook posts made by World’s Last Chance.

Last week, Living Waters founder Ray Comfort posted a video warning about the sect. Messaging matters, the evangelist said, because “Scripture warns us that whoever denies the Son does not have the Father.”

Someone else said that in Lynchburg, Virginia, “A local electrical company has put up a counter billboard to the lie by the [World’s Last Chance]. They included John 8:58, 14:30, and 17:3. The billboard reads ‘Jesus IS God!’”

The user added, “The sad part is none of the larger churches [paid for] this sign, but a private utility company.”
