Following Ozzy’s death, celebrity evangelist Dylan Novak spoke with ChurchLeaders and shared interactions he had with Ozzy, describing the rocker as “a very sweet man.”

“I got him a New Believer’s Bible, an NLT large print, got his name put on the cover,” Novak said. The evangelist recalled that Ozzy opened it to one of the Gospels and began reading.

Novak said Ozzy displayed “genuine excitement” for the Bible and told him, “Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much.”
