“Investigators discovered the victim’s father confronted Duggar about these incidents on March 17th, 2026. Duggar admitted his actions to the victim’s father and to Tontitown Detectives,” the statement added.
The statement concluded by sharing that the former reality star was “arrested out of state and charged with Lewd and Lascivious Behavior–Molestation of a Victim Less Than 12-years-old and Lewd and Lascivious Behavior Conducted By A Person 18 Years Or Older.”

Records show that Duggar is being held by Washington County Detention Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and is currently awaiting extradition to Bay County.
Duggar’s older brother Josh is currently serving 151 months in prison after he was convicted of receiving and possessing child pornography. In addition to his criminal history, Josh admitted to being unfaithful to his wife, Anna, and it has been alleged that he molested multiple young girls, some of whom were his sisters, when he was a teenager.
