Joseph Duggar spent time at the Washington County Detention Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas, in solitary confinement before being moved and booked into the Bay County Sheriff’s Office on March 31. He is being held on a $600,000 bond.

Additionally, but unrelated to his sexual abuse charges, Duggar and his wife, Kendra Duggar, were each charged with eight counts related to child endangerment and false imprisonment.
On March 20, Kendra Duggar was arrested and later released after posting a $1,470 bond. She is currently staying at an undisclosed location and is not allowed to have any contact with her children. She and her husband are due in court in Arkansas on April 29.
