Hilton explained that he is aware of what the Bible says about homosexuality, but he doesn’t believe all that the Bible says.
“So you can keep asking the same questions. I know what the Bible says. I’ve said it repeatedly. I don’t believe in everything that the Bible says. I believe in what I know,” he said. “I know that God is real, I know that God saved me, and I know that God loves me and that is what matters to me—nothing else.”
Hilton went on to say that he is “filled with the Holy Spirit” before speaking about healing he has encountered since his father’s death 15 years ago.
