In 2018, Caine reported she had had her “annual thyroid checkup” and said she was thinking and praying for those whom God had not yet healed.
“I really want you to know that I’m thinking about you right now—and God is with you,” she told her followers. “I don’t understand why some people are healed here on earth and others are healed when they go home, but the one thing I will always do, is pray for healing, comfort and strength for those suffering with cancer.” The ministry leader invited people to share their stories in the comments and said that she and her team would pray for each person who reached out.

In her Tuesday post, Caine once again expressed empathy for those struggling with illness, again offering to pray for anyone who requested her to do so. “My procedure was relatively routine, but I know many of you are facing or have loved ones facing major sickness and disease. I was stirred afresh to pray for healing and peace for you today,” she said. “If you let me know how we can be praying, my team and I guarantee to pray for each and every request by name. We always answer you via DM and will do so over the next week.”
Caine closed her post by quoting Psalm 41:3: “The Lord sustains them on their sickbed and restores them from their bed of illness.”
