Since coming to faith in Jesus, McKellar has continued sharing her spiritual journey with her fans and followers. She read through the entire Bible for the first time last year and plans to read it again this year. The actor has been supplementing her reading with “The Bible Recap,” a podcast started by Tara-Leigh Cobble, who is also a friend of Bure’s.

Earlier this year on her 49th birthday, McKellar shared on Instagram that she would be working through “The Bible Recap” again.
McKellar is teaching her son, Draco, about her newfound faith and says she is sharing her beliefs with the rest of her family. “I share with Draco everything I can,” she said. “Again, this is new for me. It’s new for him. So, the rest of my family are fascinated by my journey, and I think I’m rubbing off on them slowly but surely.”
