3. Blow Up!
Summer is a fantastic time to make changes, especially for the upcoming school year. Far too many youth groups do way too much stuff simply because they’re afraid to blow up an older, ineffective piece of their program.
So plan to escape for three hours this summer. Make an honest list of the stuff your ministry still does every school year that it really doesn’t need to. Then mentally light a fuse and blow up that sucker.
