Grammy-winning artist Tori Kelly revealed this week that she is pregnant with her first child. The “American Idol” alum and Christian announced the news in social media posts this week, one of which featured a romantic video of Kelly and her husband, André Murillo.
“Can’t wait to meet you, little miracle,” said Kelly in one of her posts. “You are so loved already.”

Tori Kelly is an artist whose accolades include Dove and Billboard Music Awards, as well as three Grammy Awards and six Grammy Award nominations. Her albums include “Unbreakable Smile,” “Hiding Place,” “Inspired by True Events,” “A Tori Kelly Christmas,” and “TORI.”

In 2019, Kelly received Grammys for Best Gospel Performance/Song and for Best Gospel Album. When she accepted her Grammy for her song “Never Alone,” she said, “I have to thank Jesus. Thank you so much for everything.”
On Instagram, she wrote, “I’m so incredibly grateful & will never forget this feeling. all glory to God.”
In the summer of 2023, Kelly suffered a serious health scare. The singer was rushed to the ICU after she collapsed because of blood clots that were throughout her body, including near her vital organs. Kelly returned home after spending over a week in the hospital and thanked her fans for all of their love and support.
Kelly overlaid the video of her pregnancy announcement (posted July 9) with music from an upcoming project, according to People magazine.
