Small Group Leaders

Here is the main message of the Broken Way Bible study: “To join Christ in his suffering is to recognize that our brokenness—insomuch as it connects us to the brokenness of him—is a gift, a catalyst for gratitude."

Trust is seen so rarely these days that you can almost think of it as an endangered species. We need to turn the tide and build trust.

Fresh Encounter will be just the ticket for certain groups.  With its focus on spiritual renewal, it will be most appropriate for those who long for personal revival and a return to their first love (Revelation 2:4).

Spiritual Warfare and Small Groups: church leaders — including small group leaders — are on the front lines of the battle, where the smell of smoke, sweat, and blood always hangs in the air.

I can’t think of a more strategic place to speak and serve God’s wonderful light than to serve small groups.

There’s not a better way to get people excited than to make it like a small group party. People like to laugh and cut loose!

We need to define small group. To simply use the term “small group” without describing and defining it, can cost a small group leader many difficult conversations

Is your pastor in a small group? At Saddleback we believe a pastor must be in a small group. You need to show your congregation that small groups are so important for spiritual growth that even you belong to one.
