We encourage small groups to enjoy the path to worshipful submission in numerous ways, both in group meetings and in members’ lives seven days per week.

Want to build thriving small groups in your church?  It won’t be easy.  It will require a commitment to the long haul, major determination, a willingness to commit resources, disappoint the guardians of the status quo, and much, much more.

By encouraging a new Christian to join a small group as soon as possible, the church can help foster consistent spiritual growth and prepare the individual to eventually utilize their own spiritual gifts for ministry.
