“From the gifts for the girls and our new family of six, to the meals, groceries, laundry help, and everyday acts of kindness…from the generous donations toward the Flynn girls’ future, to the hands that helped renovate our home to make space for six,” said Keyt, “and the constant messages, prayers, and cards of encouragement. We are deeply grateful.”

“We could not have walked this road without each of you, and we know there is still much ahead,” she continued. “But we trust that the Lord will guide us hour by hour and day by day. He promises to work all things for our good and His glory, and we are holding tightly to that promise.”
Keyt encouraged those wanting to keep her sister’s legacy alive to point people to Jesus.
“Ashley left a beautiful legacy—one of faith, joy, and a deep love for Jesus and her children,” Keyt added. “We already see that legacy rippling through this community and through her two precious daughters, whom we now have the incredible honor of raising.”
“If you want to honor Ashley, the best way to do it is simple: love people well, pray boldly for your family, and point others to Jesus the way she always did,” Keyt said. “Her life was a light, and that light is still spreading.”
She shared that the “past several nights before bed, the six of us ‘hi-fived’ one another saying, ‘We made it through another day. And with God’s help, we will make it through the next one too—together.’”
Keyt concluded her post, saying, “Your love, prayers, and support have been tangible evidence of how the body of Christ surrounds and carries one another in the hardest moments of life. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.”
A GoFundMe created for Ashley’s daughters has raised over $170,000.
