‘Ninja,’ Twitch’s Top Streamer, Proclaims to Millions That ‘Jesus Is King’

Blevins has expressed his beliefs before, sharing a peek into his personal life. On his 28th birthday in 2019, the internet celebrity shared that his mother had ignored doctors who suggested she abort him.

“I was not supposed to be born, potentially,” said Blevins. “A lot of the doctors told my mom that I had spina bifida or Down syndrome or a number of diseases, and that I should be aborted.” Blevins, the youngest of three boys, called his mother “a saint and an angel.”

Blevins has also thanked his mom for her dedication and “wonderful morals.” For Mother’s Day 2019, he said, “You always taught me that God has a plan, and for that I thank you so much, and I love you so much for that.”

Blevins, who’s been married to wife Jessica since 2017, has indicated that he follows a type of Billy Graham rule while gaming. In a 2018 interview with ESPN, the streamer explained he won’t play video games one-on-one with a woman virtually. That involves lots of conversation, which is “very intimate, in a way,” he said.

“This is my spouse. This is the person I vowed to spend the rest of my life with,” Blevins added. For anyone critical of that stance, which was also linked to former Vice President Mike Pence, the streamer had a clear message: “The fact that anyone feels they can judge how I’m protecting my relationship and try to make it political…really?”
