Adding new structure can be a painful and disruptive process if not handled carefully. We must add new structure strategically.

This is the Christian’s peculiar perspective on suffering, and I say peculiar because it is a different perspective from that of the world. It is natural for humans to resist anything that would cause them pain and discomfort.

We had the right players and clarity of vision, however, team friction developed. It wasn’t major, but it was noticeable.

The problem? Thinking that the goal of your church is to reach everyone. Trying to reach everybody is actually really bad evangelism strategy.

I suppose there are some good endorsements that you don’t want. Like if you’re using good endorsements for bad ends or with wicked intentions.

Second only to someone’s salvation, there’s just nothing like helping someone grow as a leader. That experience leads to a legacy that anyone developing leaders can enjoy.

The truth we need to remember is that Almighty God, who made Heaven and Earth, wants to be in relationship with us and wants us to know Him the way He knows us.
