In an interview with Men’s Health later in 2022, Pratt directly addressed the rumors that he attends Hillsong. “I never went to Hillsong,” he said. “I’ve never actually been to Hillsong. I don’t know anyone from that church.”

Regarding why he did not clarify that earlier, the actor said, “I’m gonna, like, throw a church under the bus?” Pratt reportedly attends Zoe Church lead by Pastor Chad Veach, as well as attending a Catholic church with his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger.
