During a court hearing Thursday, April 23, Flynn’s attorney argued that if the children testify, they should have special accommodations, citing Ohio Revised Code Section 2945.483.

It is unclear how the children would testify—whether they would be present in the courtroom or testify from a separate room. Judge Jeannine Pratt is expected to make a decision in the coming days.

It was also determined, at the request of Flynn’s attorney, that the jury visit the Flynn home, provided it has been left exactly as it was the night of Ashley Flynn’s death. Caleb Flynn declined his right to be present during the visit.
