Novak said that he waited outside the show until Pharoah came out and that he and Pharoah had “a very nice conversation.”
“I could tell the gift meant a lot to him,” Novak said. “And then we parted ways.”
“And about an hour later, I’m pulling up to my hotel, and my phone starts ringing. And it’s Jay,” Novak said. Novak clarified that he includes his contact information along with a letter and other material he gives to celebrities alongside the Bible. He added, “And it was so encouraging, because Jay said, ‘Can I share my testimony with you?’”
“And we talked on the phone for nearly an hour. He shared with me where he was in life,” Novak recounted. “And we’ve stayed in touch since then.”
“And hearing this story shared on national TV just gave me such an encouragement for Jay being unashamed of living for the Lord, of the power of the gospel, and the power of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,” Novak said, “because all glory goes to the Father. All glory goes to the Son.”

“And I would like to ask you, as the church, as the body of Christ, join me in praying for our brother in Christ,” Novak said. “This is an opportunity that we have to pray for this man. Pray for him as he continues to walk with the Lord, because if we’re not praying for Jay, who will? If you’re not praying for your next door neighbor, who will?”
