For churches, ministry adjustments have reshaped the church during the pandemic, and often they have been age-specific. Children’s ministers scrambled to keep kids engaged during virtual Sunday school and to figure out how to conduct VBS, one of the year’s biggest kidmin events. Youth leaders fought to combat the epidemics of depression and suicide that hit many young people during extended lockdowns.
