The pandemic has undoubtedly reshaped the church. Predictions about the “post-COVID” church abound, with some experts and surveys expecting booms in attendance and impact. Others point to numerous positives that have emerged from this trying time period, including church growth, community outreach, and renewed enthusiasm. The generation of Christians emerging from this pandemic may, in fact, be the “greatest generation of disciples.”

During a time when Americans repeatedly heard “We’re all in this together,” Christians have had countless opportunities to come together—and to share our reason for hope.
