All three judges gave Danielle a “yes” vote, earning her a trip to Hollywood Week. On Instagram, the contestant writes, “I hit the jackpot! I got the golden ticket (and sang with @lauren_daigle?!) and I’m heading to Hollywood!”
Daigle competed on “American Idol” during seasons 9 and 11 but was eliminated. Since then, she’s won Dove and Grammy awards, and “You Say” has gone platinum five times. Although Daigle, 31, has made some controversial statements and moves, she says she’s determined to shine God’s light wherever she can.
