“I would like that, like on a beach somewhere,” Roumie replied. Jenkins shared that he is working on several projects, including a movie, that will be announced at some point. Roumie said that any additional acting projects he takes in the near future will depend on what happens with the actors strike. Regarding his other goals, he said he would “love to do a really well-made exorcist film,” as well as a Western and something in the sci-fi genre.
During the livestream, Jenkins revealed two rough cuts of scenes from Season 4, which have since been taken down from the stream. He also had Roumie read aloud an emotional letter from a fan of the show, who shared how God used Season 3 in her life following a series of tragedies in her family when she felt as though God had abandoned her.
When asked which episode from Season 4 will be most impactful, Roumie and Jenkins were at a loss to choose one. “There’s so many,” said Roumie.
Jenkins agreed. “This is an intense season.”
