I’ve mentioned a number of times my appreciation and admiration for Benjamin Watson. For the last fifteen years he was one of the most highly respected players in the National Football League, and now that he’s retired, he continues to have a ministry to many inside and outside the NFL.

It’s good that people are coming back, and new people are coming, but my hunch is that some of your best volunteers haven’t returned yet. Have you considered how to motivate volunteers as they return?

When it comes to how to start a church, two things are certain: (1) God can provide, and (2) people matter more than money.

Missionaries with Oklahoma connections are coordinating with leaders of the International Mission Board (IMB) and leaders in the global Deaf Community to advance the gospel to 72 million Deaf people worldwide.

As we prayed and prepared to leave Poland, a peace from God that we were making the right decision did not come. We felt as though God were asking us to remain in Poland and take our first steps into ministry in a new city.

Evangelism has been one of the specific focuses of my ministry for more than three decades, so I’ve been aware of the sad fact that most churches don’t do anything to equip their members to be able to effectively share the Gospel with non-Christians.
