Exploring multiple options of where to take the group can encourage the group leader to a navigator with the Holy Spirit’s direction and also help foster an environment that can generate more organic positive life-change to occur within the lives of each group member.

When you think about your sermon files, digital, analog, or otherwise, you are loaded with content. But, how do you repurpose your vast content into small group studies?

In the context of small groups, storytelling is the personal narration of our life experiences. It is something, I believe, that is part of the very fabric of who we are as image-bearers of God.

I learned about the concept of force fields. In the same way every leader and pastor carries with him or her their own emotional force fields.

Advanced discipleship training serves the most underserved people in the church: people who reach a midway point in their maturity but don’t get to “the other side.”

We need people who speak hope and build confidence into our lives so that we can consistently live in a manner that’s worthy of the Gospel of Christ. This is why God commands us to encourage others and build each other up.

The consequences almost always affect unconnected people, group leaders and group members.

Here in America politics has caused disruption between and within communities. It reminds us that differences in opinions can grow into disruptions of community.
