Alan is the president and founder of Unhurried Living. Alan speaks and consults with ministry organizations around the world. He is an award-winning author, and his most recent book is titled, “A Non-Anxious Life.” Together, Alan and Jason discuss how we can intentionally and thoughtfully address the anxiety in our lives. Alan also shares how anxiety might be impacting the way we serve, even if we do not feel overly anxious.
