As I visit churches in my various roles, I’m privileged to worship with many different congregations. The styles aren’t always the same, but I can tell you some of the common traits I find in worship leaders who catch my attention.

The tendency for some is to have everyone jump-in, find a note, and sing everywhere. But there's a better way to create great worship vocals.

If you are blessed to be the director of a church choir, don’t take them or that opportunity for granted: make the case for a church choir! Cherish the joy of being part of this rare and wonderful ministry!

How are you helping the fellowship of believers to stay connected with each other and with God through Jesus Christ? 

One thing that's common with each team is people in attendance expressing their adoration. So I ask myself, "Why doesn't that expression follow them to church?" and "How can I get people worshipping?"

My hope is that whether you have women worship leaders in your church currently or you are asking God to raise up female leaders for your team, you would find this a helpful place to gain insight.

In the case of a whole class of innocent pronouns in worship, suddenly abandoned in a rush to create the illusion of community.
