‘Nothing Short of Demonic’—Shane Pruitt Responds To Topless Grammys Red Carpet Moment

Pruitt told ChurchLeaders that there “appears to be this new fascination of celebrities, artists, and others exposing themselves—even with kids in the crowd and watching on television—and I just don’t see how that is not breaking the law. Just because people consider it ‘art’ doesn’t make it okay.”

“If people were to do that at a mall in the presence of children, they would be arrested, but because it’s in the streets at a parade or at a red carpet event, it just seems to be normalized,” he said. “It is so weird, and so demonic.”

Before presenting the award for Best New Artist, Roan changed into a slightly less revealing outfit.

Later in the night, pop star and professing Christian Justin Bieber performed a live, televised version of his song “Yukon” wearing only boxers and socks.
