Veteran quarterback Carson Wentz has signed with the Minnesota Vikings for the 2025 season, marking his sixth team in six years. Reuters+2NFL.com+2

Wentz describes his journey as part of God’s plan: “It’s God’s perfect plan … His sovereignty interwoven with every one of our lives.” He adds that renewing his mind daily in the Word keeps him grounded.

Now in Minnesota, the Bismarck-native says he’s focused not just on football, but on using his platform to glorify Christ—no matter the outcome.

Wentz launched the AO1 Foundation (Audience of One) to fund camps, food programs, and mission trips.
He built a sports complex in North Dakota where he runs free Christian camps for kids.
He carries a small leather Bible in his duffel bag for every game — even on away trips.
