A kingdom advancing experience titled LIFE SURGE has been holding sold out events all across the U.S.

LIFE SURGE founder Joe Johnson told ChurchLeaders that he created the organization to “help people surge their lives God’s way.” LIFE SURGE accomplishes this task through holding local events that assemble a lineup of Christian leaders and entrepreneurs who share their stories and strategies for the purpose of helping attendees make financial impact in their and others’ lives.

“Wherever you’re at in life, LIFE SURGE want’s to help you multiply and channel that for greater kingdom impact,” Johnson said.

At the events, discussions take place on worship, wisdom, work, and wealth in the lives of those who attend, for the purpose advancing God’s kingdom.

Robertson shared he’s been with LIFE SURGE for a while now and said he “loves getting out there and just seeing people” because it provides him the opportunity to share stories about the family business.

LIFE SURGE’s desire is to inspire others like the Robertsons have done with Phil Robertson’s Duck Commander company. The even gathers believers together who really want just a fresh vision for how to reach the marketplace for the kingdom of God, Johnson said.

Robertson witnessed his father’s business grow over the years because of the advice Phil received from others. “He took it as far as he could take it, then I was able to take it to the next level when I took over by adding more energy and networking, and then Korie, my wife, took it to another level by suggesting we do a reality television show,” Robertson said.

His parents’ faith has had such a legacy impact on his family, and Robertson shared how that inspired him to write his new book “Gospeler: Turning Darkness into Light One Conversation at a Time.” It is book that provides techniques on how people can share their faith with others.

“There’s all these excuses that Christians make: ‘I don’t know the Bible well enough,’ or ‘How do I start the conversation,’ and then we end up never talking about Jesus,” Robertson said. “Jesus is pretty clear that Christians need to tell people about Him.”
