21. Sadie Robertson Huff
Sadie Robertson Huff rose to fame as a member of the Robertson clan featured on the hit show, “Duck Dynasty” and is now an author, speaker, entrepreneur, and philanthropist.
ChurchLeaders spoke to Huff at the 2022 K-Love Fan Awards and asked her to share a word of encouragement for ministry leaders. “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good,” she said. “It’s intimidating to look at the world and see all the evil, but Christ gives us a call that you’re not to just continue in that, just to be like, ‘Well, it’s just all bad,’ but you’re the one that’s supposed to do the good. So what an incredible word from Jesus for all pastors and a lot of people out there.”
In a recent podcast, Sadie and her husband, Christian, discussed the topic of modesty. Sadie said she believes Christian culture makes modesty difficult to talk about, and she encouraged women not to feel pressured to wear revealing clothing to get men’s attention.
Huff has shared in the past that she sees the birth of her daughter, Honey James Huff, as the “pure goodness of God” and has also posted reflections on what she has learned about God’s character from watching her daughter respond to praise and worship in church.
